Pioneer is Intercom's annual customer summit and largest event, where new product features are unveiled, customers celebrated, and reinforce our leadership in a world rapidly being reshaped by AI.

I served as lead designer on Pioneer, maintaining full end-to-end context from identity conception through post-event. I also spearheaded art direction concepting, motion principles, signage & wayfinding systems, and led the website design from conception through launch.
